Does exist an aftermarket 'wiring harness (gabelbaum)' so that I dont need to install all the wires?
That can be attached on the control switch I have bought...
 
I think there is still old original wirings in the shops. But those are also very old. I would recommend to rebuild it by yourself. With new good cables.
