Electrical wiring

Nah you dont. Could be a good Idea to disconnect 12V circuit. But... Not really a must.

Yes thats 620. You do not need the original switches. But it would help using the original wiring diagram. There is this Kind of combo switches... Used in exc Models. Works great. U Just have to add a Relais for indicators. Tell ne what Kind of Switch you buy, i'll try to draw Something then. Kombischalter mit Blinkerschalter für KTM EXC Modelle ab 1998 - 2016
Hey, I was wondering if you could make a drawing about how to install the lights and other parts....? It would he really helpful for me... So maybe if you have some time free... Thanks in advance!!

U have the pinout for the combiswitch?

Which color is connected to which function?

Or use Multimeter to Check. I'll try to Paint Something then tomorrow.

You want to use some of the original cables? Or complete own tree? Would make things easier, because U would Not have to use the keyswitch. Not understood Ur light pinout. Here es what i got for now...

I dont have the original anymore. The drawing I made at the start of this post few weeks ago is all there is on the bike.
The drawing I made now is just how I checked the combiswitch with the multimeter....
I also won't have a keyswitch...

I also don't have a keyswitch on the motorbike.

Ok... I give an example. I use the Multimeter to check when there is a connection.
When I push the turn signal to the left, the purple and orange wire give a signal when I connect them. When I push it right, the orange and black wire give a connection...

Yeah. Its Just about the light. The Rest ist time and already in the drawing. Updated the color for 12V from yellow blue to Red white. Cuz No Key switch, No yellow blue needed.

Sorry, I can notn help. I am really bad with electronics...

I'll try to find the pinout and Draw the Rest. Can you follow the Rest of my drawings?

Might be good. Rear light and koso will be powered on as soon as engine runs. Front light can be switched Off, on, High. Might be a Little Lampe, called Standlicht on German Lightmask. Could be attached to white also. So ist Always on. But unless you have No battery, makes no sense. :)
